Don’t miss out on the Eloy State of the City address on Tuesday, February 23, 2021. Mayor Micah Powell will be delivering his 2021 State of the City address virtually via Facebook Live beginning at 6:00 p.m. Eloy’s future is looking brighter and Mayor Powell is excited to share the new initiatives the City will be embarking on in 2021. The State of the City, which is being sponsored by APS, will give Mayor Powell an opportunity to celebrate recent city accomplishments, review progress on capital projects, reflect on the state of city finances, and set the policy agenda for the year ahead.
