Applying for a Library Card
To borrow library materials, all you need is a Eloy Santa Cruz Library card. Free library cards are available to all residents of Pinal County. To obtain a library card:
Visit the Eloy Santa Cruz Library and complete an application.
- Show Photo ID to verify identity, and present documentation showing current residential address.
- Acceptable documentation can include rent receipts, electric bills, mail showing name and address, among others. An Arizona Vehicle Operators License will qualify for the Photo ID requirement, but will not suffice for proof of residence.
- If you are under 14, your parent or guardian must provide identification and sign the application.
Patron Responsibilities
Your card can be used in all public libraries throughout Pinal County. If you lose your card, please call us immediately at 520-466-3814. There is a nominal replacement fee of $1.
