 Ages: 15 and older
Fee: $20.00 per person

Designed to promote cardiovascular fitness, muscle tone, endurance and flexibility without the stress of traditional land exercise.  Water aerobics provides a great work out for aerobic and physical conditioning and protects joints from the impact of traditional aerobics.  All fitness levels are welcome!
